“DCY Builders is a great company, Dennis was very easy to work with. The framing of my house went very smoothly spite my blue prints having all keep of problems, Dennie found most of the issues before framing started which saved me quite a bit of money. Craig, his lead framer, did a great job. Very happy with the job DCY builders did on my home. Would highly recommend”
“I feel extremely fortunate that DCY built our home. Dennie and his crew were able to take our complex architectural design to fruition with great efficiency from a time and cost standpoint. He took the necessary steps to meet (exceed) code requirements, and all inspections passed without a hitch. They anticipated areas where improvements could me made going from paper to structure and made them without significant increase in expense. The framing and steel work are beautifully done. Communication was frequent and detailed. The subcontractors were excellent. They were at our site every day (including many weekends) to ensure that our project was completed on time. I look forward to working again with DCY as we continue this and other projects on our land in southern Colorado.”
“DCY Builders has been a great company to work with. Their attention to detail is second to none. The communication was excellent through the entire build and I would highly recommend them for your next project.”
“We had a pretty major projects that resulted from water damage related to an ice dam. We have nothing but good things to say about Dennie & his entire crew throughout the process of these two big jobs. When they told us something, we could be sure they would follow through, whether that was about prices, scheduling or all the other details that come up during projects like ours. The icing on the cake is that everyone was also very personable. Of course, the most important factor in getting work done is the quality of the work itself, but it sure was nice to be able to enjoy having these guys around, not just tolerate them. We would recommend DCYBuilders to anyone without hesitation.”
